PUBLIC OFFER FOR THE "LEVEL 1" PROGRAM FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTING AND INFORMATION SERVICESThis public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is made by ECU Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"), registered number 76667088, having its address at UNIT B, 11/F YAM TZE COMM BLDG, 23 THOMSON RD, WAN CHAI, Hong Kong. This Offer is intended for individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") interested in participating in the "Level 1" program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program").
The terms and conditions set forth in this Offer apply exclusively to the "Level 1" program. The Customer’s acceptance of this Offer signifies their agreement with the terms, which form a binding contract between the Contractor and the Customer.IMPORTANT CLARIFICATIONFor certain participants, an individual contract may be concluded, clarifying details of cooperation, procedures, and rights. In the event of any discrepancies between the terms of the individual contract and the present Offer, the individual contract shall take precedence.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS1.1 The Contractor undertakes to provide information services in the form of distance learning (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services in the manner and within the timeframes specified in this Offer.
1.2 The scope of the Services, including the number of training hours, duration, format of interaction, and conditions of provision, is determined by this Offer.
1.3 It is not required to sign a Statement of Services Rendered (Act of Services) to confirm the fact of service provision.
1.4 The Services are provided in Russian and English.
1.5 The Contractor is entitled to engage third parties to perform the Services, ensuring the confidentiality of the Customer’s information. The Contractor bears responsibility for the proper fulfillment of obligations by such engaged parties.
1.6 The electronic signature of this Offer is legally binding.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE PROVISION2.1 The Services are provided in the format of webinars, group work, individual meetings, practical sessions in small groups, and other formats.
2.2 The training covers 8 competencies and 37 markers of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), meeting the standards described on the ICF website (
https://coachfederation.org/core-competencies).
2.3 The Services shall be considered rendered even if the Customer was unable to attend the sessions. In such a case, the Customer is granted access to recorded materials for 180 days from the end of the Program. Access to the materials does not guarantee successful completion of the course, as it depends on fulfilling all conditions specified in clause 2.8.
2.4 The Contractor holds the copyright to all training materials. The Customer is not entitled to download, copy, or distribute the materials.
2.5 The use of the Contractor’s materials (including textual, graphic, video, methodological, and other materials) to create similar programs without written consent is prohibited. Any violation entails a penalty of $20,000 and immediate cessation of material use.
2.6 Materials of the Contractor include:
- Textual materials: Methodological guides, outlines, workbooks, scripts, and other written documents created for this course.
- Presentations and graphic materials: Slides, infographics, diagrams, specifically developed for training within the course.
- Video content and recordings: Lectures, practical sessions, demonstration materials recorded during the course.
- Methodologies and approaches: Unique teaching technologies, game mechanics, scenarios, and interaction models that are part of the educational approach.
- Software and technological tools: Platforms, applications, or systems developed for the implementation of the course.
- Course structure and design: The logic of module construction, the sequence of topics, the structure of the educational process, unique to this course.
These materials are the Contractor’s intellectual property, and their copying, distribution, or use to create other programs without written consent is prohibited.
2.7 Use of class video recordings:
- Creation of training materials.
- Conducting research to assess student learning outcomes and improve educational models.
- Selling the course recording for the subsequent training of new students.
- Marketing and educational purposes, including demonstrating recordings as part of presentations, webinars, and other events.
By signing this contract, the Customer grants the Contractor a royalty-free right to use recordings featuring the Customer for the above-mentioned purposes, without territorial or time limitations. The Customer may refuse the use of their recordings for marketing purposes by sending a written notice before the completion of the Program.
2.8 To receive the "Level 1" certificate, the Customer must:
- Attend at least 50% of the classes in real-time.
- Successfully complete 7 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of individual mentoring.
- Pass 1 examination session that meets ICF ACC-level standards.
2.9 Examination sessions:
2.9.1 The examination session is conducted in the format of an audio recording of a coaching session lasting up to 30 minutes and its textual transcript.
2.9.2 The examination session must be evaluated as "successful," confirming that ICF standards have been met.
2.9.3 The identities of assessors and evaluation methodologies are not disclosed. Appeals are possible within 15 days, provided all necessary materials (audio recording, transcript) are submitted.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES3.1 The Customer has the right to:
- Receive services of proper quality.
- Terminate the agreement unilaterally with a refund for unused services, minus 13% for banking expenses and taxes.
- Submit an appeal regarding examination session results within 15 days with the provision of necessary materials.
3.2 The Customer undertakes to:
- Pay for services in a timely manner.
- Comply with policies and rules of conduct established by the Contractor.
3.3 The Contractor has the right to:
- Terminate the agreement unilaterally with a refund for unused services, minus 13% for banking expenses and taxes.
- Use video recordings of sessions for creating educational and marketing materials (with the Customer's option to decline the use of their recordings for marketing purposes before program completion).
3.4 The Contractor undertakes to:
- Provide services within the timeframes and volumes specified in this Offer.
- Ensure confidentiality of the Customer's data.
4. REFUND POLICY4.1 The Customer is entitled to a full refund (minus 13%) if applying within 7 days after the first or second webinar if the training proves unsuitable.
4.2 The refund application must include:
- Customer's full name;
- Refund amount;
- Payment date;
- Account or card details;
- Payment confirmation (receipt);
- Reason for refund.
4.3 Refunds are processed within 15 days from the application submission date.
5. UNIVERSITY POLICIES5.1 The Contractor adheres to non-discrimination and inclusion policies. Participants must observe behavioral standards and respect instructors and other students.
5.2 Complaints and suggestions are handled according to the complaints policy published on the Contractor's website.
5.3 The Contractor reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement with the Customer in case of university policy violations. Refund for unused services will be processed minus 13%.
5.4 Complete texts of all policies are available on the Contractor's official website and include:
- General policy regarding people with disabilities;
- Complaints policy;
- Attendance and course participation policy;
- Non-discrimination policy;
- Partial course completion policy;
- Data processing and privacy policy.
6. SCOPE OF SERVICESTotal volume: 60 hours of training, including:
- Workshops
- Practice sessions in triads
- Group mentoring: minimum 7 hours
- Observed group sessions
- Individual mentoring: minimum 3 hours
- Supervisions
- Testing
7. PAYMENT DETAILSPayments are officially accepted in US dollars, euros, Hong Kong dollars, or other available currencies through the online payment system. Online payment system details will be provided separately by the Contractor.
8. TRAINING SCHEDULECourse start date and schedule will be specified in the course confirmation letter or announcement. Classes are held twice a week for two hours plus additional sessions specified in course details.
9. PAYMENT SCHEDULEPAYMENT OPTIONS AND PRICING PLANS Services under this Agreement are available for $1,200. The Client may choose from the following payment options: Full payment: One-time payment of $1,200, due by the start of the chosen course. Installment plan: Total cost of $1,200, divided into 3 monthly payments of $400 each. First payment due by course start, remaining 2 payments to be made at 30-day intervals. Total payment amount and specific payment schedule will be provided to the Client upon selecting the desired plan. The Client agrees to adhere to the chosen payment schedule to maintain access to services. Non-compliance with the payment schedule may result in penalties or service termination as specified in this Agreement. Note: Details regarding installment amounts, payment dates, and potential discounts for one-time payment will be provided upon registration based on the selected plan.
10. PAYMENT INFORMATIONPayments are processed through secure online payment systems. Specific instructions and payment links will be provided upon course registration.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS
12.1 This Offer is governed by Hong Kong law. 12.2 The Contractor has the right to make changes to the Offer terms. Updates take effect upon website publication. 12.3 Acceptance of the Offer by the Customer is considered confirmation of agreement with its terms.
