PUBLIC OFFER FOR THE "LEVEL 2 FOR LEVEL 1 GRADUATES" PROGRAM FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTING AND INFORMATION SERVICES
This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is made by ECU Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"), registration number 76667088, located at: UNIT B, 11/F YAM TZE COMM BLDG, 23 THOMSON RD, WAN CHAI, Hong Kong. The Offer is addressed to individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") who have successfully completed the ICF Level 1 program and are interested in participating in the "Level 2 for Level 1 Graduates" program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program").

The terms and conditions set forth in this Offer apply exclusively to the "Level 2 for Level 1 Graduates" program. Acceptance of this Offer by the Customer signifies agreement to the conditions that form a binding contract between the Contractor and the Customer.

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION
For individual participants, an individual agreement may be concluded to clarify details of cooperation, procedures, and rights. In the event of discrepancies between the terms of the individual agreement and this Offer, the individual agreement shall take precedence.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 The Contractor undertakes to provide information services in the form of distance learning (hereinafter referred to as "Services"), and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services in the manner and within the timeframes specified in this Offer.
1.2 The scope of services, including the number of training hours, duration, format of interaction, and conditions of provision, is determined in this Offer.
1.3 No Certificate of Completion of Services is required to confirm the fact of their provision.
1.4 Services are provided in Russian and English.
1.5 The Contractor has the right to engage third parties to perform the services, ensuring the confidentiality of the Customer’s information. The Contractor is responsible for the proper fulfillment of obligations by the engaged third parties.
1.6 The electronic signature of this Offer has legal force.

CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES
2.1 Services are provided in the format of webinars, group work, individual meetings, practical sessions in small groups, and other formats.
2.2 The training covers 8 competencies and 37 markers of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), corresponding to the standards described on the ICF website (https://coachfederation.org/core-competencies).
2.3 Services are considered rendered even if the Customer was unable to attend the sessions. In this case, the Customer is granted access to recorded materials for 180 days from the completion of the program. Access to the materials does not guarantee successful completion of the course, as it depends on meeting all the conditions specified in clause 2.8.
2.4 All copyrights to the training materials belong to the Contractor. The Customer is not entitled to download, copy, or distribute the materials.
2.5 The use of the Contractor’s materials (including textual, graphic, video, methodological, and other materials) to create similar programs without written consent is prohibited. Violation will result in a $20,000 fine and immediate cessation of the use of the materials.
2.6 The Contractor’s materials include:
  • Textual materials: methodological manuals, summaries, workbooks, scripts, and other written documents created for this course.
  • Presentations and graphic materials: slides, infographics, diagrams specifically developed for training within the course.
  • Video content and recordings: lectures, practical sessions, demonstration materials recorded during the course.
  • Methodologies and approaches: unique educational technologies, game mechanics, scenarios, and interaction models that are part of the educational approach.
  • Software and technological tools: platforms, applications, or systems developed to implement the course.
  • The structure and design of the course: the logic of module construction, the sequence of topics, the structure of the educational process unique to this course.
These materials are the intellectual property of the Contractor and their copying, distribution, or use to create other programs without written consent is prohibited.
2.7 Use of recorded class sessions:
  • Creation of educational materials.
  • Conducting research to evaluate the learning outcomes of students and improve educational models.
  • Selling the course recordings for subsequent training of new students.
  • Marketing and educational purposes, including demonstrating the recordings within presentations, webinars, and other events.
By accepting this agreement, the Customer grants the Contractor a royalty-free right to use the recordings featuring the Customer for the purposes listed above. Such use of the recordings is not limited by territory or time. The Customer may refuse the use of their recordings for marketing purposes by sending a written notification before the completion of the program.
2.8 To obtain the "Level 2" certificate, the Customer must:
  • Attend at least 50% of the sessions in real-time.
  • Have confirmation of successful completion of the Level 1 program, within which the required 7 hours of group and 3 hours of individual mentoring were already completed (repetition of these mentorings in Level 2 for Level 1 Graduates is not required).
  • Pass 2 examination sessions that meet the ICF PCC-level standards.
2.9 Examination sessions:
2.9.1 The examination session is conducted in the format of an audio recording of a coaching session lasting up to 30 minutes and its verbatim transcript.
2.9.2 Each of the two examination sessions must be assessed as "successful," confirming compliance with ICF standards.
2.9.3 The identities of the assessors and the assessment methodologies are not subject to disclosure. Appeals are possible within 15 days by providing all necessary materials (audio recording, transcript).

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1 The Customer has the right to:
  • Receive services of proper quality.
  • Unilaterally terminate the contract with a refund for services not rendered, minus 13% to cover banking fees and taxes.
  • File an appeal regarding the results of the examination sessions within 15 days by providing the necessary materials.
3.2 The Customer undertakes to:
  • Pay for the services in a timely manner.
  • Comply with the policies and codes of conduct established by the Contractor.
3.3 The Contractor has the right to:
  • Unilaterally terminate the contract with a refund for services not rendered, minus 13% to cover banking fees and taxes.
  • Use video recordings of the sessions to create training and marketing materials (with the possibility for the Customer to refuse the use of their recordings for marketing purposes before the completion of the program).
3.4 The Contractor undertakes to:
  • Provide the services within the timeframes and volumes specified in this Offer.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the Customer’s data.

REFUNDS
4.1 The Customer is entitled to a full refund (minus 13%) if a refund request is submitted within 7 days after the first or second webinar, provided that the training was found unsuitable.
4.2 The refund request must include:
  • The Customer’s full name;
  • The refund amount;
  • The payment date;
  • Account or card details;
  • Proof of payment (receipt);
  • Reason for the refund.
  • 4.3 The refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of the request.

POLICIES
5.1 The Contractor adheres to a policy of non-discrimination and inclusion. Participants are required to observe norms of conduct, respect instructors and other students.
5.2 Complaints and suggestions are reviewed in accordance with the complaint submission policy published on the Contractor’s website.
5.3 The Contractor reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with the Customer in the event of a violation of the established policies. A refund for services not rendered will be issued minus 13%.
5.4 The full text of all policies is available on the Contractor’s official website and includes:

  • Complaint Submission Policy;
  • Attendance and Course Participation Policy;
  • Non-Discrimination Policy;
  • Partial Course Completion Policy;
  • Data Processing and Confidentiality Policy.

FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1 This Offer is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
6.2 The Contractor has the right to make changes to the terms of the Offer. Updates take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
6.3 The Customer’s acceptance of the Offer is considered confirmation of agreement with its terms.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The total volume: 90 hours of training, adapted for those who have already completed Level 1. The "Level 2 for Level 1 Graduates" program does not repeat the previously completed 7 hours of group and 3 hours of individual mentoring.
The program includes:
  • Workshops
  • Trio practices
  • Observed group sessions
  • Supervisions
  • Testings

PAYMENT DETAILS
Payments are officially accepted in US dollars, euros, Hong Kong dollars, or other available currencies through an online payment system. Details of the online payment system will be provided by the Contractor separately.

TRAINING SCHEDULE
The course start date and schedule will be indicated in the course confirmation email or announcement. Classes are held twice a week for two hours, plus additional sessions as indicated in the course details.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Services under this Agreement are available under various pricing plans. The Client may choose from the following plans:
Standard Plan:
Includes all basic services specified in this Agreement.
Payment options:
  • One-time payment: A full payment of $1230, payable before the chosen course start date.
  • Installment plan: A total cost of $1230, divided into 5 monthly payments of $246 each. The first payment must be made before the start date of the course, and the remaining 4 payments must be made every 30 days (1 payment every 30 days).
Expanded Business Plan:
Includes all services of the Standard Plan plus 4 additional sessions with a trainer. These sessions can be used for individual mentoring, professional consultations, or building a coaching-based career/business from the skills acquired in the program.
Payment options:
  • One-time payment: A full payment of $1860, payable before the chosen course start date.
  • Installment plan: A total cost of $1860, divided into 5 monthly payments of $372 each. The first payment must be made before the start date of the course, and the remaining 4 payments must be made every 30 days (1 payment every 30 days).
The total amount payable and the specific payment schedule will be provided to the Client when selecting the desired plan. The Client agrees to adhere to the chosen payment schedule to maintain access to the services. Failure to follow the payment schedule may result in penalties or termination of services as indicated in this Agreement.
Note: Details regarding payment dates and potential discounts for one-time payments will be provided at registration based on the chosen plan. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in penalties or termination of services as indicated in this Agreement.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments are processed through secure online payment systems. Specific instructions and payment links will be provided upon registration for the course.
